In an ideal position of Saas Grund, right next to the main ski lift and close to the sports centre and tennis courts is the brand new hotel Primavera renovation.

This historic institution is being transformed into just ten, high quality apartments ranging from two beds to an impressive five bedroom penthouse. 

Each unit will be designed in an Alpine style with a contemporary finish and include balconies that provide fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.

Each morning you can choose to ski the 34km of slopes in Saas Grund, or in just a few minutes head up to the 100km of piste its neighbour Saas Fee has to offer.

Finally each apartment is sold with a private cellar and ski locker, while parking spaces are available for an additional CHF 25,000.

There will also be a restaurant on the ground floor, as well as spa facilities within the building once the development is complete.
