Chalet Chevrotin

A charming Alpine getaway located just a short distance from the centre of Grimentz, situated in a picturesque setting. A garden space with a covered veranda as well a south-facing balcony provide absolutely stunning, 180 degree views of the mountains.

You can reach the old village centre on foot in just 5 minutes, while the slopes are just 15 minutes away. The ski shuttle bus also stops only 100m from the chalet. 

Inside there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with an additional attic space which can be used as an office, storage or bedroom. A bright living/dining room also includes an equipped kitchen.

Built in 1990, Chevrotin has undergone a number of renovations and improvements, most recently just this year. 

Finally the chalet comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces along with a laundry/cellar while there is the possibility to purchase a garage for CHF 60,000.
